Hello support team,

I am trying to install balena-engine on an AXC F 2152 with firmware 2020.3.1. When I enter the git clone command to install balena-engine, I receive a message that a certificate cannot be verified (see attached image).

I have reseted the controller to factory defaults and updated the firmware but the result is the same. What can I do?

Hey Stephan,

please check permissions on the folder.

I guess you did a Type 1 reset?
Please also check the /media/rfs/rw/upperdir/etc/ssl/certs/*

For a quick help, ignore the certificate. (Of course we don't normally do ignore cert :) ).

GIT_SSL_NO_VERIFY=true git clone https://

After consultation it was a type 2 reset, but he is root on his attempt. I think it's strange. Maybe the file is broken after the reset?
