Hello

My AXC F 2152 has been updated to FW 2019.3

This is what i can see on the wbm

 

but in the PlcNext store, it is viewed as 2019.0

I have made a reset token in the Proficloud appliance, I have deleted the PLc in the TSD devices... so what did i miss?

The PLCnext Control is online. But the Store and the PLCnext Control have not synchronized yet.
Please use the button "Refresh status".
Depending on the quality of the internet connection, the synchronisation takes 1-2 min.

Hello, 

 

I have the same problem.

I have refreshed the status in PLCnext store for several times, but the firmware version is not updated.

Is there any other suggestion that I can do?

Unfortunately I have no solution for you. We have to analyse the problem internally.

I know it is not very comfortable, but please log in again in the Store and restart the device.
Please tell me if the information is displayed correctly after the restart. Thank you
