Hello,

Is there problem with proficloud.io right now (12:08,  07.10.2020)? I cannot log in.

Hi Konrad,

I tried to log in to proficloud.io yesterday after I saw your message, and again just now. It seems to be OK here.

How far do you get? Do you see the login page, or is it simply not accepting your user credentials?

I did some tests and it looks like my problem is related to our corporate network.

When I am connected to it (whether by cable or wifi) after entering https://proficloud.io/ I see a login window and after entering credentials it takes me to a white page with a spinning symbol:

And nothing more is happening.

If I connect to the Internet from outside our company's network, everything logging in works fine. An interesting thing is that after logging into Proficloud correctly, I can switch to the company network and the whole thing seems to work correctly. It seems that the problem only concerns the login procedure.

Hello Konrad,

 

If you have used proficloud.io before then it might be nesessary to clear the cache of your browser, as there was a change in the login procedure, regarding the sigle-sign-on.

Can you try to access this page? There you should be able to log in. 

https://auth.proficloud.io/auth/realms/kaa/protocol/openid-connect/auth?client_id=kaa-frontend&redirect_uri=https://proficloud.io/auth-callback&response_type=code&scope=openid+profile+email

 

Please remeber that your credentials for proficloud.net are not vaild in proficloud.io. You need to sign up at www.proficloud.io or here

I tried to log in via the above link after clearing the browser cache (Firefox and MS Edge) and still does not work in corporate network. After entering credetials, I receive a request for cookies and then the spinning symbol appears.
