Hi together, 

I intend to implement the Robot Operating System (ROS) on the AXC F 2152. Does anybody have experiences with ROS? 

I have already started to crosscompile the ROS packages without success...

Hi Marvin,

we've no experience with ROS on the AXC F 2152, but sounds like an interesting project.

Maybe another Community member did made some tests...

Anyhow it would be fine if you can keep us updated.

Hi.

My customer is developing a new AGV based on the ROS(Robot operating System )，which can run on the platform of Ubuntu or Debian. Have you taken a test of ROS? I am not sure whether the ROS can be  run in the AXC F 2152.  I think I can installed the ROS of Debian in AXC F 2152.  Is there any advise? Thank you.

Hi guys, 

I was able to cross-compile ROS2 ardent for the AXC F 2152. After copying it to the target, I tried to run a roscore. Unfortunately I run in a lot of errors, caused by missing dependencies. I have been able to solve  a variety of the mistakes, but then I run in a pkg_resources.DistributionNotFound error, which is unsolvable for me at the moment.

I have a customer who also want to use ROS but also have trouble with.

Does someone suceed to install it since ?
