Dear sir,

We've encounter problemes with the next store since thursday.

I wanted to install 1 of the 2 licenses of mqtt client on to my plc. When I selected the license and install it to my PLC (firmware 2020.0) it say it cannot install the software to my plc.

So the only option is to choose offline installation. But during the installation my browser crashed and my 2 licenses I had left were gone. 

Today I want to buy an new license but I get the following error:

Transaction Failed Payment failed Your Payment failed. The error code is: -. Please contact the Appstore Admin in case you need support and keep your error code ready. You haven't been charged anything. Do you want to go back to the order summary to retry?

So I can't buy new license either.

Can you sort that out?

Hello Pieter,

 

Unfortunately the offline installation process is complicated and uncomfortable. We have to correct the conditions from your License Pool in the backend.
