There is some information on this feature in the PLCnext Engineer help system, if you search for "CSS".
Does this help, or is there more information needed?

Hello, Martin.
I need more info. Help system tells only about styling of Version Information on Projects, POUs, and Symbols.
And I would like to know, is it possible to use css file to modify view of basic eHMI elements, such as buttons, checkboxes, etc.
Thank you.

Hi Oleksandr,

Sorry for the delay. I only just noticed that this question was not answered.

The short answer from our development department is that it is not possible to add CSS to eHMI pages created in PLC next engineer.
