Hi,

Recently i started programming on PLCnext Engineer with the AXC F 2152 controller. I can connect to the controller without any problem and also write a program. But when i want to "Write an start program" it will load for like 5 minutes and after that it says in the online log "An error occured while writing the changes to the device". Already updated the controller to the latest firmware. Maybe someone has an solution for this problem?

Best regards,

Dylan

Hello Dylan,

if it's possible, I would like to check your controller and PC configuration via remote access, maybe we can found the cause of failure and solve the problem together? Please give me a short feedback if it will be possible in the next few days. If yes, please contact me via following email, I will send you the instructions for remote access:

emuenz@phoenixcontact.com

Thanks & Best Regards

Eduard

Hi Dylan,

i recently had the same problem and in my case it was, because I had a program, which I started with PLC Next Engineer version 2020.6 and converted it to work with version 2021.

Before I converted the project, I already had added additional devices and connected process data to them.

After the conversion to the new PLC Next Engineer version, those linked process data caused an exception while sending and starting the programm from the engineer to the PLC.

I had to remove my devices, add them and link my process data again.

As an advice, use e.g. Win SCP to connect to your PLC and have a look in the "logs" folder and take a look in the logs written by your PLC while writing and starting the program.

Best regards,

Fabian
