Welcome to the new PLCnext Community!

Some of you might remember the start of the "Early Adopter Community" in May, 2017, which was designed to support interested parties during the Early Adopter Program for PLCnext Technology. Since then more than 100 automation companies all over the world have been accepted as Early Adopters and successfully managed the first steps with the new platform for limitless automation.

As the Early Adopter Program is expiring now it was the right time to restructure the community and its added values and to open it to the public. Any interested party is cordially invited to register and start a discovery tour through PLCnext Technology!

You will discover e.g. helpful insights, howtos, and tutorials about PLCnext Technology, PC Worx Engineer, and Proficloud (coming soon). Use and benefit from the possibility to get in contact and exchange ideas, experiences, and feedback with other community members and PLCnext Technology experts!

The first PLCnext Control - the AXC F 2152 - will now be launched at the SPS IPC Drives show in Nuremberg. Don´t miss out and take off into the future with limitless automation. Visit the Phoenix Contact booth in hall 9 from November 28 - 30, 2017, and enhance your automation thinking. For a first impression please visit the new PLCnext website.

We are looking forward to see you there!

Available now: New Firmware 2019.3

My Post 20The brand new Firmware 2019.3 is out now:

Use the Profinet Redundancy Layer (PRL) for Profinet devices in order to set up a PLCnext Control AXC F 2152 as an underlying device for the RFC 460R in a redundancy system.

The new dynamic bus configuration for the Axioline local bus allows you to configure the Axioline bus from the application* without having to manually assemble the bus structure beforehand. These and other new firmware features will #enhance your possibilities in PLCnext Technology - again.

The Inline adapter terminal AXC F IL ADAPT is supported by the firmware as well as the new PLCnext Store App types: the first Function Extensions and Runtime apps are now available.

* read, configure and start the Axioline bus using the Axioline RSC Service or the corresponding PLCnext Engineer Function Block - this is not related to the PLCnext Engineer feature "Read Axioline Bus"
