Hello, my customer is using our Cloud IOT gateway

Proficloud will be receiving data information from a Schneider M258 PLC on ETH Modbus. In this scenario we have an HMI where all machine operation is performed. In this same scenario was using the MGUARD Ord. N. 2903586 to perform 4G timing communication with proficloud cloud.

1. If Proficloud loses communication with the cloud and the buffer is full, Is necessary inform the operator that from that moment on, data will be lost because it is not connected to the network.

2. In Proficloud I have words of Network status operation?

3. In the interface Grafana being an open system could create or add plug-ins developed by other developers or until we create a specific plug-in for our follow-up?

4. In the Grafana interface is possible change background icons for example, to bring the system closer to our existing layouts ?

If is necessary, I can send the credentials of this customer

Atenciosamente / Best Regards,

Ricardo Kemp
