Tanja’s journey: From legal assistant to automation enthusiast
Today we have the pleasure of introducing you to Tanja. Tanja’s journey has been one of continuous growth and change, from her early career as a paralegal to her current role in the dynamic world of automation. Let’s dive into her story and find out what motivates her in the fascinating world of PLCnext Technology.
Tanja’s professional journey began three decades ago when she completed her initial training as a paralegal and notary’s assistant. But fate had other plans for her. In 2011, Tanja joined our team as a production employee and has been an integral part of the SMT department. Her tasks included operating the production line and carrying out various ancillary tasks.
But Tanja longed to contribute more, to incorporate her ideas and improvements into the daily workflow and to actively participate in optimization processes. In 2022, Tanja took the opportunity to retrain as a machine and plant operator. For several months, from October 2022 to January 2024, she underwent further training and successfully emerged from the retraining with new skills. Tanja is now starting a new chapter at SMT, as she is ready to take on new tasks and face new challenges.
