Straton Automation offers an app in the PLCnext Store. They provides a straton Runtime soft‑PLC engine that can be installed directly on PLCnext Control like the AXC F 2152. This integration allows users to develop and run full IEC 61131‑3 applications on PLCnext Control while benefiting from Straton’s engineering tools. The runtime supports remote programming, debugging, online management tools, and a wide range of industrial communication protocols including Modbus, MQTT, OPC UA, IEC 60870‑104, IEC 61850, and DNP3. In combination, straton enhances PLCnext Control by adding powerful soft‑PLC capabilities, protocol versatility, and native connectivity to zenon platform, offering developers a flexible and highly interoperable automation solution.
