Hi, I have the following problem, and it was impossible for me to connect to in proficloud status it appears offline and the information is kept connecting all the time. I have created an int variable that is as out port and selected as proficloud. I have adjusted the time of the plc to the utc, I have reset the plc, I have added it to, I enabled the proficloud services and I have tried this same with 3 versions of the firmware including the latest one (2021.0.3 LTS) and I gives the same result, I have factory reset, normal reset, change both manual and synchronized time and I don't know what else to do.

Regarding the certificate that is mentioned in an answer to the same problem in another ticket, do they refer to the admin and password? or do you have to do a different step than in

Another strange thing is that in the image that I attached, as you can see, the option to reset or apply changes does not appear even if I remove the selection of services
the software version is 2021.02 I have tried several others and the result is the same
