Hi, I'm working on a project where the proficloud can be very useful, the dashboard tools are perfect and do exactly what I need.

But the client asks for daily and weekly reports, that will be send by email to different group of receivers.

I went through the different add-ons and plugins but I didn’t see anything like I need.

Can you help me with that?

Thanks.

Hi,

I don't think that Grafana supports reporting :-(

And as you say, I don't find any pluggin for that.

If it is possible by any time, I will let you know it!

Regards,

Dennis

Hi Dennis,

Is it possible to do ad-hoc queries on the DB?

In this way, might it be possible to generate our own reports using data directly from the database?

Hi Martin, Queries to the DB Can be an interesting compromise, awaiting the grafana reporting.

If we can use SQL queries in the Proficloud it may help us on other projects too.

Hi Dennis,

I have today been speaking with someone who is able to query their ProfiCloud database via a REST interface.

Perhaps you can speak with Robert Beiber and let us know if this feature is generally available (on request) for other customer applications, since this would be relevant to the original question.

- Martin.

Hi Martin, thanks for the input.

@Kevin Dufresne: We do provide a REST API which you could use. Please write me an email to rbieber@phoenixcontact.com and we'll set you up.
